Refunds & Returns Policy

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at Icons Retro Prints. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our returns policy outlined below.

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please note that the following items are excluded from our returns policy:

• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.

Exchanges:
